Founded in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) in 2018 by Ben Küffer alongside industry giants Ted Schneider and Mark Streit, NORQAIN was founded on an unapologetic pledge: remaining 100% independent and purely mechanical.

The Freedom 60 Chronograph 40mm is their tribute to the golden decade of 1960s adventure horology, when Swiss mountaineers and racing drivers tested their mettle against nature's extremes.

Vintage Spirit, Contemporary Execution

What sets the Freedom 60 apart is its box-shaped sapphire crystal, evoking the vintage domed acrylic crystals of mid-century chronographs, but crafted with scratch-proof modern sapphire.

• Dial Configuration: Reverse-panda layout with anthracite subdials nestled against an opaline cream or cedar green base.
• Hands & Markers: Faceted hour markers treated with "Old Radium" Super-LumiNova for a warm, nostalgic glow.
• The NORQAIN Plate: The left flank of the case carries an open steel plate ready for custom engraving—an anniversary date, initials, or a summit elevation.

NORQAIN's partnership with manufacture Kenissi (co-founded by Tudor) solidifies their horological credibility. With Chronometer certification (COSC) and robust column-wheel chronograph actions, these pieces are engineered for lifetimes of rigorous use.
